About Anthony
Dr. Anthony L. Panariello, born and raised in Bayonne, New Jersey, has been a dedicated ophthalmologist serving the Jersey City community for over 30 years. With a wealth of experience, he has performed more than 10,000 cataract procedures, utilizing the most advanced techniques. Dr. Panariello is certified to implant Alcon Restor and Toric lenses, ensuring his patients receive the highest standard of care.
Education and Certifications
Dr. Panariello completed his undergraduate education at St. Peter’s Prep and St. Peter’s College. He earned his medical degree from New York Medical College, followed by a residency in Ophthalmology at UMD-NJ. After his residency, he pursued a research fellowship at Columbia University in New York. Dr. Panariello is board certified in ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
